Flower Bouquet Workshop Competition

GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms and Conditions apply to Flower Bouquet Workshop Competition organised by Sister Jane UK Limited and Petersham Nurseries Limited running from April 25th to April 30th 2026 ("The Competition").
Sister Jane UK Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 7529595 and registered office at 36 Golborne Road, London W10 5PR.  
Petersham Nurseries Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 00738272 and registered office at Petersham Nurseries Church Lane, Off Petersham Road, Richmond, Surrey, England, TW10 7AB. 
By entering the Competition, all participants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

ELIGIBILITY

The entries are open to UK residents only. The Competition is only open to those who are aged 18 years or over. Sister Jane or Petersham Nurseries may ask you, at any stage, to provide the proof of age and/or identity and/or parental approval, if relevant. Anyone professionally associated with the Competition is ineligible to enter. 

THE COMPETITION ENTRIES

All entries must be submitted on Sister Jane x Petersham Nurseries landing page. Entries must be made between April 25th - April 30th 2026 to be valid. Entries after the closing date will not be considered. There is no cost to enter the Competition, and no purchase is required. Only one entry per person will be accepted. To enter the Competition entrants must submit their email address and Instagram handle. By entering the Competition, entrants consent to receiving email communications from Sister Jane. Entrants may also choose to receive marketing communications from Petersham Nurseries by opting in at the point of entry. Unsubscription is available at any time.

THE WINNER

Eleven winners will be selected at random by Sister Jane and Petersham Nurseries and the winners will be contacted via email and direct messages on Instagram by Sister Jane. If Sister Jane has not received response from the winners within 48 hours, the prize will be passed to another successful applicant. Sister Jane reserves the right to publish the name and/or country of residence of the winners on any of Sister Jane social media channels and/or website. In addition, and in relation to the prize, the winners might need to submit additional information in order to redeem the prize. Sister Jane and Petersham Nurseries reserves the right to disqualify the winners if the winners do not provide the necessary additional information.

THE PRIZE

The Competition prize is Flower Bouquet Workshop, that will take place on May 15th, 2026 at Sister Jane Townhouse, 36 Golborne Road, W10 5PR. Prize is non-transferable, non-returnable and no cash or other alternative to the prizes are available in whole or in part. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sister Jane and Petersham Nurseries reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No liability is accepted for illegible, incomplete or late entries. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Sister Jane and Petersham Nurseries will only use the personal details supplied for the running of the Competition and for no other purpose unless we have your explicit consent. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Competition. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. Sister Jane and Petersham Nurseries may refuse to award a prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant's fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these terms and conditions. The decision of Sister Jane and Petersham Nurseries shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
