International customers must please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes and/or fees may be payable, and are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipments upon arrival). Sister Jane is not responsible for the VAT, duties and/or any other taxes applied by the local customs authority, and we cannot predict what particular charges may be incurred for each shipment. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to verify with local custom offices if any charges are payable upon delivery. If your order is subject to any of these charges, they must be paid in full by you in order for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to delay release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also deny delivery.
You can return your order by post within 14 days of receipt. All you need to do it is send the item back with the completed return form which was included in your parcel to:
Returns will be credited to your original method of payment and the value you purchased your item at. This includes sale items. Delivery charges are non-refundable. The initial delivery charge won't be refunded unless there is a major reason.
If you want to exchange your order for a different size or colour, you would have to return the item and place a new order online.
Please note, in the event that an item is returned to us without all of the barcode tags intact and/or in an unsuitable condition, we may have to refuse refund and send it back to you. When trying on items, please ensure that you are not wearing makeup or perfume/deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Stained garments will not be refunded. Please remember that it is your responsibility that the items you wish to return reach our warehouse in good condition, so please make sure they are properly packaged to avoid any damage on the way. Additionally, if you send us back any items by mistake and/or in an unsuitable condition for return, please be aware you may be required to cover the cost of having the items sent back to you.
NOTE: International customers (all customers ordering outside the European Union) should also make sure to place a copy of the original order confirmation (or invoice) inside the parcel, and clearly write 'UK RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the parcel. Sister Jane will not be responsible if a return order does not reach us or whether it is held or delayed at customs.
