Shipping and Delivery
We know how excited you are to receive your order and we will do our best to send out your items in a flash!
ORDER DISPATCH
We aim to ship your orders as soon as possible and we generally ship out same day until 3 pm on UK business days. Please be aware that during peak periods your order may take longer to be dispatched.
Orders received after 3 pm (GMT) will be shipped the next business day.
DELIVERY SERVICES
We use different couriers for different delivery destination, and we always aim to offer you the best choice of courier available.
When possible, we indicate average transit times for your specific destination. These transit times are given to us by couriers and they are average transit times. While they are generally reliable, they are not guaranteed. If your parcel is running late, our customer service team will be glad to help you liaise with the courier to investigate its whereabouts. However, we are generally unable to offer refunds on any shipping charges if your parcel has been delivered later than the stated transit time.
Please note that for certain areas that our couriers consider as a “remote area”, we may need to use alternative shipping services to the ones indicated at checkout and transit times maybe be longer than those indicated. If possible, we will try to inform you, but it is not always feasible for us to do so before we ship you order.
In some circumstances, extra shipping costs may be chargeable to deliver to a remote area, in case we are unable to ship your order on our standard shipping service. Should any extra charges be applicable, we will contact you before shipping your order to confirm you would like to proceed before any charge is billed to you.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
We generally ship orders on a service which requires the parcel to be signed for at delivery.
Important: please select a delivery address where you, or someone you trust, can be present during business hours to receive and sign for the package. In some cases, packages cannot be delivered if not signed for.
Occasionally, the courier may give you the option to have the package left with a neighbour or in a safe place. While this may be convenient if you are not home on that day, please be aware that if you change the default and select one of these options you do so at your own risk. Provided the parcel has been delivered at the correct address, the courier will not be responsible if the package is misplaced or stolen. We strongly recommend to always use the default signed for delivery option. There is no safer place than having your parcel delivered in your hands or in the hands of someone you trust and to have signature proof.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Please be aware that customs and import duties, taxes and/or customs fees may be payable to receive your order. You will be responsible to pay these duties and fees, even if you refuse to accept delivery of the shipments upon arrival.
Some countries have a duty-free allowance but many do not.
While, when possible, we are happy to answer any questions you may have before placing an order, we are not able to advise on customs matters and cannot predict what particular charges may be incurred in your own country. As such, we encourage you to verify with local custom offices the value of any duty free allowances or which duties and charges are payable upon delivery.
If your order is subject to any of these charges, they must be paid in full by you for your package to clear customs. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to delay release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also deny delivery. If you refuse to pay duties, your order may be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.
